Flat fee for deliveries $15 and free shipping for orders over $200. We will email you once the order is received and when the order is shipped. We will also provide a tracking number for the delivery where possible.
Fast turn around for all trophies and medals orders 5 to 7 business days.
Please allow 2+ weeks turn around on all glass, crystal and acrylic awards.
Express service charge may apply for short turnaround times
We can start on your order within 24 hours.
We except the following method of payment.
- Credit Card Visa, MasterCard AMEX
- EFT/ Direct Debit Account details are available on the invoice. Please email us once the payment is made so we can process your order.
- PayPal
- Cash in person at the store
Any logos we receive for engraving needs to be in a vector files, redrawing of logos to be suitable for engraving is available for an extra charge.
We love EPS, PDF and AI files
Vector files are the preferred option for logos, emblems and artwork that will be engraved. A vector format image (including any text in the image) is composed of lines, curves and circles.
Artwork is provided on all glass acrylic and custom awards. Customer approval prior to engraving on all awards.
Website prices are only available online, on most trophies and awards engraving is included. Set up fees and additional cost may apply to some products.
All prices are in Australian dollar and GST is included. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We are all human so mistakes do happen. We do have a checking process that we undertake to make sure that errors are kept to a minimum. If you approve the artwork that we have sent over to you, then you have committed to making sure that all errors have been picked up before engraving commences. It is your duty to ensure that no errors remain in the final artwork.
We do our best to help you out should errors occur and awards need to be re-engraved. This can be discussed at the time and a positive outcome will be our main focus for you.
You can pick up your order from our shop Crows Nest Arcade Shop 5, 441 Pacific Highway Crows Nest NSW 2065. Our shop hours are Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 5.30pm and Saturday from 8am to 1pm.
